I was curious too. I actually tried to create the spreadsheet but something wasn't coming out right. I came up with 100 lbs for me. I also tried to figure out which variable to change to hit a higher BF%, but couldn't come up with one. I was thinking there might be something to double to get it to hit 16%, but no luck.
As far as weight goes, the 168 is in perfect alignment for me. I weighed 172 in high school, was in pretty good shape, but definitely not at 8% BF. I don't know about the other sizes, though.
diemde, well if we take 168lbs at 8% bf, we get 13 lbs of fat, so to get 16% bf just add another 13 lbs, so 181 lbs. Though the measurements would most likely be different. I am assuming the same amount of lean mass in this case.
does anyone else find it odd that the author's name is Casey BUTT?!?!

"C = 1.03125(69 - 60) = 1.319" from website.
I cannot figure out how they get 1.319??
69-60=9
1.03125 x 9 = 9.28125
1.03125 x 69 = 71.15625 - 60= 11.5625
