Hey Akasha, don't worry I tell ya it will come of. I started weights (3 weeks ago) and always been doing my cardio and I am still going up and down each day and no real loss. Like this morning I am up 0.5 lbs and I know for sure I ate totally clean yesterday, but I did some cardio yesterday and didn't drink all my water like I was supposed to. So hang in there the weight will come off. Just don't give up. I am in the same boat righ now.

Its wednesday so weight in time
I'm down to 79.5 kg, so lost about 3 pounds. Since I am without a car at the moment, I walk a lot more (mainly to get to work) so that is quite handy actually. (But I am dying to get my car back!! Yesterday I was standing at the flipping bus stop for 41 minutes before the bus finally arrived!)

Did Kung Fu on Sunday for about 3 hours, but didnt go last Thursday (cinema instead)

Havent gotten to the gym either, mainly cause I dont have the car.

Drinking water has been quite good, yesterday I had 2.5 liters, and average about 2 liters+ most days.

Havent really had the time to read all the posts, so hope you're all loosing and having a great time at it!!

well weigh in.
After the last couple of days with all the ups and downs I am at 184.5 lbs.
I really need to quit the daily dose of Beers
It is really wierd, too. I never really liked the Beer too much until I started this WOL.

I didn't weight myself today, but I will tomarrow or Friday, depending on how I feel. I've decided weighing myself every day is a bad thing.

I'm with you Akasha. Everyday on the scale is not good for my morale. I weigh tomorrow (for my weekly). I've been good, so I should be DOWN!!!

Keep up the good work all!

Well peeps, I weighed in this morning and am down ONE. We're on our way!

Only 6.4 to go to reach the 140 September goal. Don't know if I will make it, but I'm going to give it one hell of a try!

Keep up the good work all!

I will weight myself tomorrow as well.. I have a sneaking suspicion that I will be the same 195 again. I am in Ketosis.. but I am remaining constant. It is TOM? Perhaps. Better static then up!
Good luck girls!

..isn't there some one we can talk to about this? Some 'higher-up' that could rectify the situation? I think TOM once every 3-6 months would be grand!

weighed myself this morning and was 78 kg, so down about 3 pounds since wednesday!! Not sure how i did it, but I'm not complaining. It cant really be water, cause I had about 9 pints or more of water yesterday (drank about 2 l during Kung Fu practice yesterday)

I had tofu for the last two days? Anybody know that this is good for weight loss????

Akasha, try measuring your body inches if you are not loosing. Since you are so active at the moment, you're probably still losing fat but gaining muscle, so don't worry about it too much, but you should see the inches slowly dissapear ;-)

JamesBlond, if you have a petition, I'll sign it!!!

you know they are coming out with a Birthcontrol Pill that will make you have your Period only once per year now. Cannot remember what it is called. Not an option for me since I don't need it anymore. (DH is fixed )

I am UP a pound this week. I am discouraged. I have done nothing wrong, I am sticking with the plan and exercising, yet none of it seems to be working.
