OK, just got back from 6.5 miles. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes. I did jog for about 1.5 miles. And about 2 miles of the walk is up hill which isn't fun but it is a good workout for the ol heart

And a good work out for the butt...Great workout! Think I'll use your time & distance as a long term goal, thanks for that info.

Cream cheese & peanutbutter sounds AMAZING! Gotta try that one.

As far as feeling anything while taking 5 g. a night, yes I feel "buzzy" over my entire body, and a little warm too. I feel REALLY relaxed, stuff knocks me right out. I do wake up during the night (because of ingesting 100 oz, of water), and I dream alot, as mentioned in the description of GABA. Still not napping, yesterday someone said I looked younger, but I think most people on LC diets do tend to look younger because all the bloating is gone.

Thats all I can think of for now...

"buzzy" yes, that IS the feeling. It knocks me out as well. I get up in the night only because my little guy (21 months) wants a juice bottle. He does this a few time a night. He is starting to sleep better. Maybe till 3 or 4 am otherwise, I would sleep straight through. I also find I don't seem to need much sleep. I'm going to bed a little later now 11 pm and still getting up early for my walk (I get up befor 7am) and don't need a nap either. I really like the effects of the GABA. Well got to go walk now
