I looked up several of the ingredients of Relacore (http://www.relacore.tv/ingredients.html) and discovered that there may be some serious concerns.

At least three of the ingredients of Relacore are pro-coagulants - meaning that they can cause blood clots and/or accelerate blood clotting - potentially leading to strokes, heart attacks, DVT, etc. Combining pro-coagulants is controversial because their effects in combination may be synergistic - they multiply the effect rather than just add to it.

If you are at risk of these conditions, or are taking a prescription anti-coagulant (as I am) you should probably avoid this product.

Yet another ingredient, Pinellia, is also said to aggravate blood disorders but in an unclear way.

Here are links to this info:

Wow, that's pretty scary news.
I stopped taking my relacore after 2 1/2 weeks. However I did lose 2 inches from my tummy and one inch off my hips.
It gave me a foggy feeling so I stopped taking it.

IT is time we spent some time looking at the ingredients that we are so willing to pop in our bodies. Some of the things are so off the wall there is no outside research on the items.

Do those pills like trimspa and relecore do anything for metabolism or do they just do things to the heart rate?

I have been reading this post with interest since I have recently begun taking Relacore for baby belly fat.

First of all, let me say that I agree with AFWife. I get most of my information from this board, and I then weigh the results of various plans/supplements etc. Only then do I decide to take something or try a new plan. But, without people sharing their successes and failures, how am I to know?

I have been taking Relacore for exactly one week now, and I have measured a one inch loss in the belly area. This has been after 3 months on Atkins with no loss in that area. I also have a "calm" energy. I like that. So for now, I am staying on it.

I think everyone must find their own "thing" that works.

I also tried relacore with no effect. I have been reading on three thing that supposedly help with fat metabolism. Phase 2- specifically the white kidney bean extract in it- Total lean- something with grapeseed extract- and super citrimax- HCA- which I found in a Celestial seasons wellness tea. I have been drinking green tea for a while now and it does help my appetite. I tried the white kidney bean extract and I have lost 2.5 lbs this week but also have been strict induction and exercise- but I have not had the constipation issue so am inclined to use it. I bought this Lean system 7 which has the total lean ingreds but my friend said it was a diet pill and diet pills scare me- so Not sure if I should take it anymore! I just wondered if anyone had comments on those.

I am going to try this week with no supplements except the tea and see if I lose faster. The past few times I have done induction I have lost at least 5 lbs in the first week.

I'll report back with results.

Default Trimspa or Relacore?

I've heard good and bad things about both Trimspa and Relacore. I've been considering taking either one and wanted to know which one you all would recommend trying b/c you seem to know what you are talking about. Any ideas? Thanks!
