Exclamation OMG I'm doing it...

WOW! First workout in AGES! And omgosh is my body paying for it, lol.

I managed 20 minutes of a Denise Austin aerobics video tonite. I think it is suppose to be 30 minutes but I just couldn't hold on any longer

I did go ahead and sign up with Workout Plan.com tho and I'm really looking forward to it. It starts off according to your current workout level .. and well since mine was zilch, I started right where I needed to be! Tomorrow is indoor exercises. *yelps*

Okay.. managed some indoor floor exercises today.

In sets:
5 Split Lunges
7 Lateral Bends
8 Slides
9 Sequential Back Extensions
14 Side Leg Raises
6 Wall Push-ups
5 Reverse Leg Raises
90 Step Stationary Run

Ha! I was trying to stretch my quads before working out... my legs sure don't bend like they use to! I could barely reach my ankle

Gah, I'm such a procrastinator.

Oh wow - totally neglected this!! Of course, I haven't really been exercising much either....

7/15 - 15 min bike

Today - 15 min bike

I've noticed tho - since I stopped exercising - it's like starting all over again! I need to just buck up and do this daily. *sigh*
