Hi all--This is kinda late for posting for June 1, as it is June 2 now, but I didn't get time to post yesterday. I just wanted to say I think this is working for me. I didn't crave carbs last night for supper as I usually do. (Lunch is my RM.) And this morning I woke up feeling fine. I've been taking chromium picolinate along with my vitamins, I wonder if the chromium picolinate is also helping stem my cravings. Could very well be. Anyway, I think this is going to work.
I went to the gym too today (I mean June 1) and did another good workout.
Dianee and all4morgan, thanks for the feedback on the carrots and nuts. Yeah carrots are nice and sweet aren't they? Hmmm it's 6 a.m. and I'm already wanting some now hat I mention it. Or maybe I'm just thirsty now.
