Did the tae bo instructional video again (got ALMOST all the moves down. Still broke down crying on the ones I couldn't get ). I'm going to stick with the instructional video for another week or so make sure I really got the moves down good before I even think of attempting the real thing. But I'm having fun and I'm doing it so thats what matters.
Moved onto the "real" tae bo video. Got through the workout but collapsed just before the cool down. My goal for this week is to do the "real" video 5 days and then next week to see if I can't get all the way through it all 5 days.
