As of last night when I posted I had done no exercising whatsoever. But, I made myself do 30 sit-ups, worked on some back exercises, and I threw in some squats.
I didn't go to the gym today, I didn't get that long of a break as I was expecting. However, I didn't use the elevator at all...I took the stairs all day! Now I am ready for a nap!
Wednesday: Went to the gym. Road about 3.5 miles on the bike at 13.5 mph. It was hard because I didn't do the regular workout, I did the aerobic training. Then I walked about half a mile - had to get to class.
Didn't do any of my sit-ups I forgot.. cause I was so tired.
Today: Road a real bike about a mile, it was too hard uphill! I've got some homework left to do then I am going to do my sit ups, arm work, and some squats. YAY!!!
Yesterday: Jogged about a quarter of a mile (I am just now starting to jog) and walked 3/4 of the way. It wore me out.
Today: So far I've just cleaned house, I'm sure that's burning some calories. One mile walk/jog. Jogged .25 miles and walked the rest of the way. I jogged a lot faster today than yesterday - but I still need to work on it and not over-do it.
I have went down another size in my jeans. I'm down to a 20 (started in a 26) and am hoping to keep going lower until I reach my goal weight (170).

Just did most of the upper body work that I've had on this log since forever ago. No lower body work for me tonight - walked about 7 hours yesterday while at King's Island...so my legs are SORE. lol.
Made myself do some sit-ups today...since I lost a pound I was like, hmmm I should do some. It's 7:00 and I'm not eating anything else tonight...hopefully. Sometimes I give in to a little snack..so we'll see. I struggled this week with one pound...then BOOM - don't eat after 5 yesterday and it's gone!!!
Ok so I've started Pilates over again - in hopes to decrease the amount of excess skin on my body from losing 75 pounds last year. If this doesn't work - I don't know what else to try.
Did Pilates twice this week - so I gotta keep with it.
Went to the gym today for about 45 minutes. Walked one mile and did a little gliding. Going to go back for some swimming and possibly a little more working out/walking.
