Morning All,

Weighed in this morning after traumatic yesterday..when I weighed yesterday I had gained 4 lbs ( now logically I knew I hadnt gained 4 lbs over night after having followed the plan all week, but still got very down in the dumps and cried about it) good news is I am actually down 1/2 lb to 298. So I think that brings up to

929- .5 = 928.5

Its almost time for TOM so its possible it is more but since I retain water the week before like nobodies business no matter how much I drink I am going to not guess and just go with what the scale said. Good luck to everyone.....I have a feeling it wont take us long to reach our goal!!

Great to see that ten of us are still onboard and working this! I find it very motivational and fun so let's keep going. Hopefully Cicero will find his way back. Earth to Cicero!!

I am up a pound this week after a rough week motivation wise. Now, am I supposed to add the pound in? I am just not sure. Sorry to add a pound to the team but I am definitely still here!

I'm still here too - holding steady right now and didn't lose since I had a cheat meal (dang Tasty Mexican restaurant - argh!). I've been back on track Sunday and today so far, so we'll see what happens!

Myturn, I belong to the Independence Day challenge and set my goal to 182 there.

Maybe we should have a group goal. Think we could get down to 750 or 800 by July 4?

I think we can get down to 800 by then.....thats 128 lbs to go, that makes roughly 12 lbs per person..which means losing 2 lbs a week between now and then which I think is a reasonable goal.......so I say lets go for it!!

Hello again guys. Sorry for my absence. I was in an auto collision and sustained an injury. I am still recovering from t and the food they fed me in the hospital. I am doing induction again and will start with a weigh in tomorrow.

Okay, I could not wait. I am at 330 as of right now. Still down 20 after eating hospital food for three days and then lying around for two weeks. I am really enjoying reading this thread. Keep it up guys. Great work.

Glad to see you back Cicero and thank goodness you are okay! That just sounds dreadful. Everyone is doing so great. Go Team! I think a bit of competition sounds good for us. I am really going to aim for that two pounds a week!

Glad to see your back Cicero...hope your feeling ok...I weighed today ( just cant stay away from that scale for some reason) and I had a slight whoosh..I am down 2.5 lbs to 295.5......

so that brings us to 927.5 - 2.5 = 925

Wisdomom..way to go one the loss, if you can do this while not feeling good then you are really committed and I applaude you!!

Wow - well done team! Cicero, I echo the team's sentiments and am glad you're okay and back with us. Way to stick with it!

Team, it's good to see we're still on track. The team goal's a great idea! As for me, I'm somewhere between .5 and 1 lb down since my last check, so I'm holding out for a little more weight loss before I count it. Even though it's going slow, it IS going down, and that's what matters in the long run!

Have a great week, gang!
