Here's a tip.... if you do find liquid herm, take the cap off, take a stanley knife (or similar) and cut off the end, it then pours easily in drops out of there..... I didn't do that at first and it was a pain in the backside to use and I always ended up using way more than I meant to!

Default Where to find liquid Hermesetas

I haven't seen liquid Hermesetas in Boots for years, but I get it from my local branch of the Lloyds chain of chemists. They don't put it out on the shelves - can't imagine why, as I'm sure all the low carbers would snap it up, but they are quite happy to order it for me. So if you try asking your local chemist whether it's listed in their suppliers' catalogue they might be prepared to order it for you.

I also got really lucky the other day - I actually came across some in our local Spendsavers shop and they were about half price. Needless to say I snapped a few up. I really can't understand though why the manufacturers don't push the product more. It's not as if they don't know, because I've already told them that we're all out here, ready and waiting!

Default Made mock danish last nigh - Question

I had a go and it seemed to be very flat, not risen at all. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong, do I just need a smaller container.

It was very nice though, could get quite a liking for it.

Donna.

28lbs lost.
