Orang, thanks for the message . I did clean out my PM box, it was the SENT messages that were full.
Bawdy, neat thing-I emailed the FITDAY fellow, Russ Determan, because I kept getting an error which would shut down my application (kind of like the old M<S "You have done an illegal action, yada...)He emailed me back that it was a great help , he pinpointed it exactly and there is now an updated version. If you're having the same problem, let me know. I also asked if he could make the food log scroll box bigger and a few other things. He is very interested in feedback so let him know what's good and bad. Nice guy and he replies promptly.

well today is the 16th and it has been two full weeks, and I am still doing well. I konw the intervention phase is between 2-3 weeks, which means I can step up my carbs level to 15 gms per meal anytime now. I think I will wait though, I don't want to rush anything. Its true though that feeding yourself this way, at least for me, cost me more right now, than not doing. But in the long run health problems could be even more costly yet.

My grocery bill increased 3 times what it was, but than meats are more expense than bread and peanut butter. Well worth the expense. I say.

Congratulations on completing your first two weeks.
