Default late water drinking

Does anyone have any information about this? I thought I had read something before about when U should stop drinking water for the evening.

I only stop drinking water a while before bedtime because I dislike making three hundred trips to the bathroom a night....

My cat loves the fact that I am up several times a night. She figures that as long as I am up anyway, I might as well feed her.

The only thing cutting out water would do is make you slightly dehydrated. That could show a slight change on the scale, or it could make your body hang on to water like crazy.

I want to try this no eating at night. The only night I have a problem with is Wensday. I have class until 5:00 (programmins lab) then my son's soccer practice from 5:30-7:00. I'm pondering taking something with me so I'll have to come up with meals that travel easily and I can eat on side of gym while helping corral 4-6 year olds

I've found that I can move my dinner hour to 4:00 or 5:00instead of 5,6, or later, and I still am satisfied for the rest of the evening. It also helps when the 3:00 munchies hit to remind myself dinner is only an hour away, and maybe start some prep work

Cool

Hi everybody!

I am going to try this too. I drink water all night- right up until bedtime and sometimes if I wake up (which isn't often) I will drink some again. I keep water by my nightstand.

In terms of food...it has always been a mystery when I would lose and other times when I would gain...I mean if your food doesn't seem to change? then why should the scale? But I have bounced a lot.

I will try this also...although I may have to adjust it some if I am starving!!

Goodnight all

Checking in to see if anyone has had a change yet...Friday night we went to Pit Boss BBQ around 6 and didn't eat till 7 (very slow service)..Saturday night I had two couples over and did have a few cocktails but did not eat a thing except maybe a few green olives...(just wasn't hungry)...Sunday I didn't eat anything past 7......

Today I am 136....No change but no gain either...Tomorrow will be one full week of doing this.

"The Hoover" raced into the bathroom with me last night...and was incensed to find it wasn't meal time.

I was just searching "Fat Fast" on the web and came across a group of people that did an "egg fast" for three days and people lost weight ...and kept what they lost off after they went off it ..seems you eat only eggs w/ either , butter oil or mayo ....

I don't know if I will try this, as I have been dreading eggs for weeks, just thought I'd share another thought.

Oh I wasn't talking about not getting all my water in. I had 128oz by 7:30p last night....are U saying I still need to drink more because my body will feel dehydrated? I was so hungry this morning but was actually up .5 from yesterday but this is how it was
Day one -1.5
Day two +.5

Still a good premise and may continue to eat like this regardless. Previously I didnt really snack at night but may not have eaten dinner until 8 or so.

Did you eat something with more sodium than usual in it? Salt or hidden salt can make your weight bounce around. Your weight can flucuate daily, which is why lots of people will only weight once a week. But I wouldn't worry about .5. See how things look at the end of a week.

I lost another .5 pounds this morning. I have never lost 3 days in a row. This hint must have been just what my body needed. I had put on some weight when I started weight training. I have now lost that weight Plus more -4.5 as of this morning.

I wouldn't recommend it. The long-term effects of that type of crash diet just can't be good.. nevermind how living on eggs would make you smell...(standing upwind, just in case)
