Habit is the worse part. When I gaev up smoking I had to stop all chat rooms, let other people drive me, and get in and out of the bathroom as fast as possible. Those were all my smoking trigger places.
If driving teens to school is one, have one of them drive if they are old enough. To a 15 year old that would probably make you a hero.
Also if they smoke, outlaw all smoking in the house. Not only will it improve everyones health, but it will be much easier to go without when you don't have to breath 2nd hand smoke all the time, or watch them smoke.
My hardest time, even a year after quiting, was when drinking. Alcohol and ciggaretts just seem to go hand in hand, esp when at a bar with smokers. Not sure what to say to help you there. About the only thing is try to get the most generic, nastyest brand of smokes you can. That wya one puff will remind you why you quit. (After a few days smelling a smoker will make you wonder if you ever really smelled that bad and remind you of why you quit as well)
