heres what i did:
warmup 50 crunches 50 twisting crunches 30 butt ups 30 pushups

lower body workout:

quads:
squats: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
extentions: 12~60lbs
lunges: 12~44lbs

hams:
barbell good mornings: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
straight back straight leg deadlifts: 12~64lbs
laying leg curls: 12~30lbs

calves:
calf lifts: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
reverse calf raises: 12~64lbs

butt:
bb front squat: 12~59lbs
bb bent knee good morning: 12~59lbs
trap bar deadlift: 12~59lbs

abs: vups 25
jackknife crunches 25

chest:
bench press: 12~44lbs, 10~49lbs, 8~54lbs, 6~59lbs, 12~59lbs
inclined bench press: 7~59lbs, 5~54lbs
declined bp: 12~54lbs

shoulders:
behind the neck raises: 12~34lbs, 10~39lbs, 8~44lbs, 6~49lbs, 12~49lbs
bb upright rows: 12~49lbs
front raises: 12~34lbs

back:
bent over rows: 12~44lbs, 10~49lbs, 8~54lbs, 6~59lbs, 12~59lbs
cam bar laying rows: 12~60lbs

biceps:
curls: 12~24lbs, 10~29lbs, 8~34lbs, 6~39lbs, 12~39lbs
reverse curls: 12~39lbs

triceps:

day 50!! whohooo the first day of week 8!


heres what i did!

warmup: 50 crunches, 15 butt ups, 30 pushups

lower body workout:

quads:

HAMS:
barbell good mornings: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~69lbs

CALVES:
calf raises: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~69lbs
reverse raises 12~69lbs

BUTT:
barbell bent knee good mornings: 12~59lbs
trap bar deadlifts: 12~59lbs

ABS: 25 V-ups, 25 jackknife situps


omg the abs killed me today...i had to stop and do them in increments...when i was done i was a pile of shivering sweat rags...hahaaaaa

DAY 52!! man!! too cool!!


upper body today! i missed the early morning workout but i slid it in about 6pm so im very very proud of myself! heres what i did....

warmup: 50 crunches, 30 butt ups, 30 pushups

UBW:

chest:
bench press: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
inclined press: 9~59lbs, 3~54lbs

shoulders:
behind the neck raises: 12~39lbs, 10~44lbs, 8~49lbs, 6~54lbs, 6~49lbs, 6~44lbs
bb upright rows 12~44lbs

back:
bent over rows: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
camb bar laying rows: 12~59lbs

biceps:
curls: 12~29lbs, 10~34lbs, 8~39lbs, 6~44lbs, 12~44lbs
reverse curls: 12~39lbs

i am extremely happy with todays workout....esp since i was so tired and really didnt want to do it as much as i usually do. once i completed it though, i felt immediately energized and full of life! gawd i LOVE IT!

20MAS completed! i felt really strong today and finished up my last lap at a very high 10! yahoo!!!!!!!


tomorrow is lower body...UGH! hahahahaa

DAY 54!! whohooooooo almost done with my week 8! just my 20MAS tomorrow morning and i will have rest day sunday and im to week 9! wow! i am so proud of myself!


heres what i did:

v-ups 25
jackknife crunches: 25

i am really happy to say i reached my 10s on all exercises! i even did my v-ups and jackkinfe crunches consecutively instead of breaking every 10! whohooooooooo! feel the burn!

felt a little weak on my shoulders today....also on my last reps of biceps....i am sure this is cuz i hardly ate at all yesterday. i already had my protein shake this morning and am feeling a lot better!
