DAY 38!!!!!!!
man my hams have been killing me all night but seems like after the upper body workout they feel a lot better even though i didnt use them...hahaha....i guess its true if you make it burn somewhere else the other pain seems less painful!! whew!!

50 cruches, 50 twisting crunches, 30 butt ups, 30 pushups

back:
barbell bent over rows: 12~39lbs, 10~44lbs, 8~49lbs, 6~54lbs, 12~59lbs
cambered bar lying row: 12~59lbs
shoulders:
behind the neck presses: 12~34lbs, 10~39lbs, 8~44lbs, 6~49lbs, 6~49lbs reached failure 4~44lbs reached failure 6~39lbs
barbell upright row: 12~39lbs
front raises: 12~24lbs
biceps:

man i can really feel the back exercises now that i discovered i was doing one of them wrong. i corrected my form and omg can i feel it today in my back! my shoulders are also burning like crazy!! loveeee it!! feels GREAT!
