DAY 31!!!!!


whohooooo today i increased my weights by 5lbs....i could really feel the difference but barely made failure on the last rep of the last set of 12! maybe next week ill go up 5 more and see how that feels!! i wonder if all that munching yesterday helped me lift more today?

heres what i did

warmup: 50 crunches, 50 twisting crunches, 30 butt ups, 30 pushups

LBW:

quads:
squats: 12~44lbs, 10~49lbs, 8~54lbs, 6~59lbs, 12~59lbs
lunges: 12~59lbs

HAMS:
good mornings: 12~44lbs, 10~49lbs, 8~54lbs, 6~59lbs, 12~59lbs
straight leg deadlifts: 12~59lbs

CALVES:
raises: 12~44lbs, 10~49lbs, 8~54lbs, 6~59lbs, 12~59lbs
seated raises: 12~59lbs

ABS:
100 consecutive crunches with 20lb. weight on chest


feel GREAT!! im looking forward to cardio tomorrow!!!!! huh?? hahahaha

ok....although i drank and ATE like it was new years eve i still got up and got through my 20MAS....all i can say is good thing all i had in my tummy was coffee....


ive joined lilys no booze for a month thing so no more booze for this girl! this will be the last time i puke after a workout because of booze!!! UGH!

upper body this morning! heres what i did:

warmup: 50 crunches, 50 twisting crunches, 30 butt ups, 30 pushups

chest:
bench presses: 12~44lbs, 10~49lbs, 8~54lbs, 6~59lbs, 12~59lbs reached failure, 12~54lbs

back:
bent over rows: 12~39lbs, 10~44lbs, 8~49lbs, 6~54lbs, 12~49lbs
pullovers: 11~49lbs reached failure 1~49lbs

shoulders:
behind the neck raises: 12~34lbs, 10~39lbs, 8~44lbs, 6~49lbs, 9~44lbs reached failure 3~39lbs
military raises: 9~39lbs reached failure 3~34lbs

biceps:
curls: 12~24lbs, 10~29lbs, 8~34lbs, 6~39lbs, 12~34lbs
reverse curls: 12~34lbs

triceps:
triceps presses: 12~34lbs, 10~39lbs, 8~44lbs, 6~49lbs, 12~49lbs reached failure 12~44lbs

felt GREAT about this workout! i forgot to take my protein shake right after cuz i was in such a hurry to get to my ds11's field day....but i took it right when i got home!!

DAY 34!!!!



whohooooo 20MAS day! i go out there early because it said it might rain today. felt so great to not have a hangover!! hahahahaaa....really makes this easier on my gut!


so tomorrow is rest day...and mommys day!! i am hoping i will get that weight bench i have been wanting soooo bad. its getting really old using the old ottoman..hahahaha

andddddd tomorrow is also day 35!! that means i am officially done with week 5 and rolling into week 6 on monday!!! yippee!!!

YEAH!!! WEEK 6!! DAY 36!!!!

today i added in a few new exercises to see if i can surprise my muscles even more and get some serious results!!

heres what i did today:

warmup: 50 crunches, 50 twisting crunches, 30 butt ups, 30 pushups

squats: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
leg extentions: 12~60lbs

hams:
bb good mornings: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
straight leg deadlifts: 12~64lbs
lying leg curls: 6~40lbs but i think this was too heavy as i couldnt bring my foot all the way to my butt....ill try doing 30lbs next time

calves:
calf raises: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
reverse calf raises: 12~64lbs

butt:
barbell front squat: 12~59lbs
barbell bent knee good mornings: 12~59lbs
trap bar deadlift: 12~59lbs

jackknife situps-25

man my hams have been killing me all night but seems like after the upper body workout they feel a lot better even though i didnt use them...hahaha....i guess its true if you make it burn somewhere else the other pain seems less painful!! whew!!

ok..heres what i did today:

man i can really feel the back exercises now that i discovered i was doing one of them wrong. i corrected my form and omg can i feel it today in my back! my shoulders are also burning like crazy!! loveeee it!! feels GREAT!

i felt really strong this morning doing my 20MAS....on my last lap where i get up to my 10 i REALLY ran...and i mean FAST baby!! felt so GREAT!! i also realized im not dry heaving anymore after the last lap...whohooooo...hahahahahah

DAY 40!!!! whohooooooooooooooooooo day 40!! didja hear that??? DAY 40 !!!!!!!!


man it was a hard workout this time....i soooooo wanted to give up on those last v-ups and jackknife crunches but i didnt and i completed the whole workout! also, when i did my leg extentions the first time i only used 50 pounds but it didnt feel like enough weights so i went ahead and did another 12 at 60lbs.....feel great about this workout! its getting harder but better! i KNOW its working too, which is VERY exciting!

ok heres what i did!

warmup: 50 crunches 50 twisting crunches 30 butt ups 30 pushups
