DAY 29!!! whohooooooo the beginning of my 5th week of my 12 week BFL challenge!!! heheheheeeee i am sooo ULTRA proud of myself and i am actually starting to see results from all my hard work....nuthin SUPER noticeable but noticeable to me and thats good enough!!

back pullovers: 12~49lbs
shoulders:
behind the neck raises: 12~29lbs, 10~34lbs, 8~39lbs, 6~44lbs, 10~44lbs reached failure 2~39lbs,
military presses: 10~39lbs reached failure 5~34lbs
biceps:
curls: 12~24lbs, 10~29lbs, 8~34lbs, 6~39lbs, 12~34lbs
reverse curls: 12~34lbs
triceps:
presses: 12~29lbs, 10~34lbs, 8~39lbs, 6~44lbs, 12~44lbs
extentions: 10~39lbs reached failure 4~34lbs
