Salt must have done it! I hate salt now...Next time I hit a big stall I am going to try doing a modified for a day or two...

OK, my last day, Day 5:

Weight 149 (due to water retention from the ham I think), Waist 32 (same thing?), Bust 37.5, Hips 39.5
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs w/1 slice bacon
Lunch - 1/2 avocado with 1/2 can tuna with 2 TBSP of mayo
Snack - 12 unsalted cashews
Dinner - 1/2 can tuna with 2 TBSP of mayo, ok here is where I started to lose it...
1/2 chicken breast w/lemon pepper
Snack - 1 glass of red wine...
Supplements - multi vitamin and flax seed oil

The day was fine until dinner time where I think I just knew I was ending this and my willpower broke.

The good news was when I got up this morning I was back to 147 pounds and I had lost .5 inch off my hips.

So I started this 5 days ago and ended up with:

Weight: Loss of 7 pounds
Waist: Loss of 1 inch
Bust: Loss of .5 inch
Hips: Loss of 1 inch

That is GREAT!

Day 4 for me, still no weight lost, but I feel thinner .........

... DH called and told me that we have been invited to a car show and there will be a big BBQ all day long and free drinks (mixed)!!!!! I'LL NEED STRENGTH FOR THAT DAY...but if I stick really good I will at least feel lighter!

Im starting the modified fat fast today. My starting weight is 142. This diet isnt much different then mine except a little higher and fat and lower in calories, so I dont have a problem with it. I find the fat fast a little harsh though, I even ate some oil a few times *shudders* But this feels alot healthier to me.

Breakfast: 1/2 avacado with s&p

Snack:Macadanian nuts

Lunch: I hard boiled egg with 1 tablesoon of mayo, pepper

Dinner: 1/2 avacado with s&p

Miller light (cant remember how many)

Well I obviously didnt eat enough yesterday, ended up going out and not having time. DO NOT DRINK ON THE FAT FAST! Even of its the modified one that Im doing. You would think that eating 90% fat would be good for drinking. I had a few beers last night, not alot, and I got very very sick. Probably because I didnt eat much, but I drank like 150 oz's of water yesterday, it couldnt have been dehydration. Well I currently weigh 139, but I know that its just from getting sick last night and being dehydrated this morning. Im sure that the weight will come right back on today, so Im not even going to bother changing my stats.

After all this "watching" I only am 1 pound lighter and that was only this morning (134) I am not posting it till I see it at least three more mornings.

Jennifer How are you doing on your Mod. Fat Fast??

Good Luck Skibunnie....Sometimes this WOL needs some tweaking just to see things move again.

My measurements and weight have been up and down for 8 plus weeks...Time to see another clothes size and number on that scale

So today I cant stop eating, im hungover and I just want a greesy omlette. (not sure if anyone cares, but I like reading people's progress)

Breakfast: 1 hardboiled egg with 1 tablespoon of mayo

Still hungry, so i eat another hardboiled egg with mayo
Then a few bites of an avacado

Lunch: 1 hardboiled egg, 1/2 avadado wrapped in a slice of ham

Dinner: little hamburger w/ bacon and avacado

I think Im deffinatly going to go over the calories today, but thats ok.

Only gain 1/2-1 lbs

Im in between 139 and 40 now

Ok so today Im at 139. Yesterday I just ate hardboiled eggs with mayo and pepper. Not sure how many I ate, quite a few. I could eat this stuff all of the time, I love it. Well ive lost 3 lbs, Im feeling pretty good. Im going to go off this and make some chicken soup tonight.
