Val, we can get sour cream here in the supermarkets.its with the creme freche and double cream,not with the yoghurts.its great to cook with.

hi
Ive been buying sour cream from my local ASDA. They sell it in the cream/milk section. I use it to thicken an omlette.
It really makes it more filling.
We're only allowed 2 tablespoons though, but I only use 1 tablespoon in an omlette.
