Cool American living in Dub Ireland - Just started today

Started today and was feeling like this and now I am not so sure. I am gonna see it it through-

No splendra in Ireland - maybe UK people know of a source where I can get it?

Hi Katyspice! Induction is hard and you may feel worse before you feel better but if you hang in there it will get better in a few days. Your cravings will lessen and that yucky, headachy feeling will go away. It will be worth it! Promise.

I believe that many of the UK stores now store splenda, so you should maybe check out Tesco/Quinsworth in Dublin. Alternatively you could try http://www.lowcarbmegastore.com/ who will deliver to Ireland.

Thanks so much for the help! i went to the website for Splenda - In Ireland it is available (in very small packages) in Superquinn, Dunnes and Supervalu - for anyone else over here who is looking.

Today - feeling mucha betta. Not perfect - like a really really bad hangover.....can't wait to go home to bed!
