Hi Anne thanks for your post, and belive me I will eat molre carbs I never ever want to feel the way that I did again it was awful!! I think more than 2 weeks on the industion is enough for anybody, not just for the carb intake but the bordem of the foods now I am eating berries and nuts and I an loving them!!!

Well you learn something new everyday!! I always thought it was called Miller Light (see blimin men again, not just happy eating chunky kit kats and lossing weight, but they have to get the name of beer changed!!!)

linda, have you tried the low c.i know the c stands for cals but the carbs are very low.

Hi Jamie glad your near Ebbie!! it will great having someone near to help you through, I know it has helped me having Pepsi Max, I swear if it wasnt for her (well lets just say she has been a great help and support on and of this forum!!)
So good luck with the diet, post more posts so you can send and recive PM's dont be afraid to ask any question, cause there is usually somebody who knows the answer!!

Thank you for filling us in Anne, i had tried to send PM's to people and always failed. Thought it was because i wasn't a paying member, i didn't realise you had to make so many posts.

Sunshine whats that I take a weeks holiday and what happpens its overcast and cloudy and bllody raining, never mind once Ive got the weight of im going on a nice holiday abroad!!! So if anybody has places they have visted and loved please let me know Ive only been abroad twice
