Did the cardio 3/4 workout from memory today at the gym. I'm so worn from it! And I've been coughing a lot since I finished so I might have pushed a lil too hard.
Wasn't able to do the DVD yesterday so I recreated the Sculpt 3/4 workout. Push-ups are getting better. I lowered the weights to 5 from 7 because I could feel slight strain on my neck and lower back during some exercises.
