lol.....I guess day 1 didn't do too well...lol

Alright. I'm going to post the miles that I did at work. I am hitting the gym tomorrow, so I'll post that too!

I walked 3.5 miles at work today.

Walked 4 miles today!
woo

I really need to get my buns to the gym. I keep telling myself that I'm going to go in, but then I don't.

Why is it so freakin' hard to get myself to go? Prob cuz I need to change in the locker room..and I don't want to!

Did 3/4 Cardio Power 90 today. Lost my first disc but it's probably better I start out with this one anyway.

Sculpt 3/4 is done! I made sure to pace myself this time but I did make a greater effort to do the push ups. God how I hate those.

Gonna take tomorrow off and jump back on it Monday.

Cardio 3/4 is out of the way. I really dreaded it too. I'm gonna have to do Sculpt first thing in the morning before I leave for Houston.

Did the cardio 3/4 workout from memory today at the gym. I'm so worn from it! And I've been coughing a lot since I finished so I might have pushed a lil too hard.

Wasn't able to do the DVD yesterday so I recreated the Sculpt 3/4 workout. Push-ups are getting better. I lowered the weights to 5 from 7 because I could feel slight strain on my neck and lower back during some exercises.

Off today!
