THanks for the welcome! Like I said, I hope to get to know people on the teen site...it would be a fun way to do atkins I think- having the support from peers! I was telling my friends about what I am eating now, and they thought it was so funny and could not picture me eating all this meat and eggs, mayo, cream cheese, etc, etc. I have their support though, so that is great!

that is fantastic that you have your friends support . i just tell my friends that all the sugar makes me sick so i do not eat it . and for me the sugar and wheat and stuff does make me sick and feel terriable . so i really try not to eat it . well again welcome and if oyu ever want someone new to talk to my aim name is truebluesfan88 and i am on pretty often.
