Limited on induction?? That's when I had the most fun!

try this:

Breakfast
Cut up some salami or ham.
Saute in a pan with a tiny touch of olive oil, add 2 beaten eggs and grated cheddar cheese. Yum!

Lunch
1/2 an aubergine roasted in olive oil and sprinkled with garlic salt.
Diced chicken thighs sauted off with garlic, lime and chilli.

Dinner

1/2 an avocado filled with prawns and mayonnaise.
Rob eye steak griddled with melted blue cheese on top and a green salad.

Snacks
hard boiled eggs
cheese sticks
celery chunks with cream cheese

I used this recipe when I did the Atkins in 2002.

You can use prawns or chicken - but experiment with other meat (it tastes good with most seafood).

Get the seafood, or meat you like and leave it to one side for now.

In a big bowl, you want to add some sour cream, chilis, garlic and onions - mix it altogether.

With the meat/seafood you're going to use (I would advice to cook it a bit before you put it into the bowl)

All you do then, is add it to the bowl mixture, and you can either put it in an oven - sprinkle some cheese over it - altneratively, leave it in the bowl (providing it's micro oven safe) and micro-oven it as well!

And volia.
