... but currently I'm just happy to notice that my tight pants are now my baggy pants. I plan to enjoy this weight loss all the way down to goal.

I am 5'6" and my goal is 150 lbs. I want to get into my size 10 jeans again!!! Actually my favourite outfit is a long skirt and blouse I bought when DH and I started dating 6 years ago. I want to fit into that again!!

It's funny how when you were in highschool and weighed that, you thought you were huge. I remember saying if I ever weighed 200 lbs, I would kill myself. (haha).....ahhh youth....

6"2.5, and shooting for 175lbs. Weighed 185 4 years ago before getting married, and 175-180 before going to school=). But after dropping, I want to get back to 200lbs via weight lifting and be just slightly buff=)

5' 8" and my goal is 150lb.

I weighed about 170 earlier this year, around Christmas. I was 165 (wasn't dieting, so I don't know where the 5lb went) when I started Atkins on May 21.

Before I was married and had kids I was 145 lb, but when I see old pictures me I look sickly. My wife tells me I looked best around the time our kids were born, I was 150 then. That's about the time I quite smoking, got into a 1-2 beer/day routine, and became the household cook -- a dangerous trio! So I'm gunning for 150.

Half-way there too.

I'm 5 foot 11 or about 1.77m tall and my goal is 170lbs or 79kgs ... when I get there then I'll decide if I want to drop further to my "real" goal of 73kgs ....

I'm 5'8" and 3/4, but my goal weight is 180. I know that still seems "heavy", but when I used to weight that, I looked hot, if I may say so.

Free, same with me. The lowest I ever weighed was 175. So, I want to be back at that. LOL.

I am 5'4 with a goal weight of 128. When I get there, I plan to continue eating the way I am right now, so I'll see where I have the "final plateau".

I'm 5'6" and my goal is 130 pounds - maybe 126. My real goal is size 6 (uk10) jeans and size 8 (uk12) tops. I'm naturally quite muscly so when I'm fit and not carrying loads of fat, I'm fairly slim at 130. Its just a while since I was there!

Default I'm 5'7" and goal is 150-155

I lost weight 10 years ago on Jenny Craig (always hungry). I was down to 151 and wore a size 8. I'm not so concerned about the number as how it looks. And I have more muscle now, so I may weigh more and be smaller. What happened? Got pregnant.

The reason I say it's how it looks is because there was this girl at my friend's house. She's bragging about how she's wearing a size 2 and all. And it's true she was a petite person, however, her stomach stuck out. I would rather be a solid size 10, with a nice stomach. Somehow, even if you are small in general, when your stomach sticks way out, you just don't look fit.

I'm 5'10" and aiming for 175, although I'd be happy with <190. I've always been "stocky" and feel good at 190.

In this picture from my college years, I was probably in the 170-180 range.

Sam
