Good food and reasonable prices. They even have a few decent snacks!

Just wanted to say Hi. I'm new to the board. I live in NW (Cleveland Park), and I've found that Yes Grocery is a good source for protein powder, bars, and some harder to find things like stevia and black soy beans.

I live in Silver Spring, work in DC. I've been getting my products at Giant or Safeway, a few at CVS, too.

Hi everyone. Is this forum still up and running? I live in Maryland, Waldorf and even with the gazillion stores around here I don't know of a health food store near. Does anyone?

Hi! I am from NY, but moved to MD last year (am getting married to guy who lives here in a few weeks!) and started lc in feb. It is nice to see some veteran lc-ers from this area! Hope to get advice on where to shop, etc... and generally chat. Hope to speak to you all soon,
--rebekah.
