A Question about sugar...
Hey guys,
After much yo-yo-ing last year my girlfriend is finally as dedicated to the low-carb lifestyle as I am. We've both just finished induction and are starting OWL.
Now last night we had an early dinner and went to a movie. We came home a little peckish and had quite a few carbs to spare - not intentionally, we're finding it HARD to put in an extra 5 carbs a day!!
In the cupboard we had some "guest" supplies which included a can of tomato soup, which when made without milk was around 5 grams per 100mls. So we each had around 100mls without paying attention to the ingredients, only noticing later that it contained sugar.
So my question is; Is it a problem that there's a sugar additive when you include it in the total carb count?
