Default Ah, the power of cheese

What do you all think about allowing ourselves a few more ounces of cheese, given that we aren't eating all that meat fat? Is it allowed? If so, how much? Has anyone read anything about this?

I think there's no harm trying it. The worst that will happen is that you won't lose. Some people can get away with it.
