I'm Kerstina, but I get lots and lots of different nicknames, ranging from Kersty to Fred!

I'm a 22 year old pharmacist, and live in a teeny town called Gumly Gumly in the middle of a bigger country-town called Wagga Wagga, in Australia.

I've down all sorts of diets and have quite an addictive personality! I did Atkin's a couple of years ago and lost a whopping amount of weight. Since then I've eased off a bit, gotten into some naughty habits of eating out and drinking lots (thanks to meeting my partner, who has a super metabolism and doesnt mind a bit of meat on me!).

Regardless, I'd love to lose a bit of weight and get back into some healthy habits, and that what brings me here!

Today is my first day, I'm aiming for a VLC to ZC plan. I would love some support, especially to keep me motivated!
