Question

Hi everyone,

I've got another idea, why dont we all also make a weekly exercise goal? I dont know about you guys, but I always make some kind of excuse not to exercise. If I have you people to answer to than I will exercise more....

Ok this is the plan, we decide on number of days and minutes a week we exercise and try and keep to that. It does'nt always have to be gyms, or fancy exercise machines, we can add walking as one of our exercise routine. What do you think? Any other suggestions? If you are up for it than my goals are to exercise atleast 3 times a week. I have an elliptical training machine, and I can do about 20-30minutes at the moment, when I do decide to use it. Last time I used it was probalby about a month ago....
Hmmmmmmm, let me know

Hi Celia,

I thought I had a UTI but my Doc said no, I was really upset, I had been counting on her prescribing an anti-biotic to clear it up for me. She thought it was an inflamed bladder (I was supposed to get an ultrasound to find out) so what I had been doing was drinking GALLONS of water, I can get away with a bit less now - 2 ltres a day is enough. But that takes away the burn - just try really upping your water intake and see if it helps.

That's how it was with me - like SCREAMING pain for up to 20 minutes after a pee - and it was way worse on the days my carbs were REALLY low, so I just carry a huge glass of water around with me all the time now and whenever I can I swig about half of it down - especially when I feel like I'm going to have to "go" soon, no way do I want to chance not having that urine diluted enough.
