Default acai berry

I bought some Acai Berry supplements 1000 mg. Has anyone else taken these? This is only my 2nd day taking them so I don't know if it's doing anything for me yet. Thanks!

Though they might do 'something' for you, please, anyone thinking of getting them, do be careful to only buy them from a shop rather than one of the many online scamming websites which draw you into giving your card details then debit your account from many sister companies, who as they have your full details can persuade your bank that you have agreed to lots of extra 'service payments' and take ages to get stopped if at all!!

I have seen many posts from people who have lost hundreds of dollars/ponds to these scammers.

A google search will turn up many complaints.

The acai berry is promoted for its antioxident content. The studies that have been done seem to show that it's just sort of "middle of the road" in comparison with other types of fruit.

Wikipedia has an interesting article on acai berries. (You'll have to scroll down to read the nutrition information.)

I credit acai with clearing up some relatively minor but persistent skin problems, even before going paleo, which helped even more.

I took acai for a few months once because my friends skin had become simply amazing and that was what she attributed it too. I noticed no changes what so ever. It definitely did not work as a weight loss aid which it also claims for me. No glowing skin either!

Well I will check to see if I glow. Although I am an xray tech so I glow anyway I have been drinking that crystal light stuff that is supposed to help your skin too, but I can't really tell
