I would agree about waiting on the meat/egg fast. There are a few good tricks like those fasts that you can use along the way to get you to your goal, I think it's best to hold off to you truly need them.

Thank you very much, Keith. (well, I assume you were talking to me)

Trust me, it took patience!

There were a few times when I was so disgusted with my scale I could have thrown it away.
It's like the thing knows when my weigh-in is, because I would've weighed 150 all week, and on my weigh-in day I'd be up to 287.
That's hyperbole, of course. But my body knows and would adjust my weight enough to make me see red.

Anyway, the scale is my enemy most of the time. Measuring tapes are wonderful gadgets but can also drive you to the brink of madness when you've lost 20 pounds and gained 40 inches.

Stallqueen--You and my husband.

I don't know if coffee and cream would hurt you or not. I think that depends on how much you have. There are people who drink it and it doesn't hurt them.
It's a personal thing that only you can decide.

I don't know why you can't reach me. Is your private message box full?

Welcome Back Spongebutt!
I was curious how you did on your cruise, if you gained at all or just kept at what you were eating.

Finally...... departed from my stall 3 days ago, and dropped 3 pounds in 3 days!

I think I celebrated too much Staurday, and gained back one pound, but that's OK ..... I'm resuming strict rules of play today!

Keith

Is this "meat fast" calorie restricted? Also, what about using butter and olive oil in cooking the meat?
