Thumbs up Grilled Cheese "Sandwiches"

Okay....so of course i had to go and mess with recipes...i got this:

Grilled CHeese sandwiches

1/4c heavy cream
2 eggs
1/2c crushed pork rinds
salt, pepper, garlic and onion salts for taste

combine all ingredients, and drop by 1/4cup full into hot frying pan with melted butter. Flip after a few minutes, and add cheese to each piece, and put together like a sandwich. OH MY GOD...it tastes awesome..its the pork rind pancake recipe without the sweeteners! i added tomatoes to mine.....yummmmm

Why wait to be off induction as everything in that list is induction friendly

Oh okay....maybe you could mix it with a little water to make the few TB go a little farther?

4 Tbs= 1/4 cup, so I personally would use 2 Tbs heavy cream and 2 Tbs water.

This recipe sounds really good BTW. I'm going to try it with the spicy pork rinds.

You would probably need to use water to make the right consistancy. Not using anything may leave your *batter* too dry.
