Default Baby steps here, I'm on day 10, getting easier

I had a bad day last Saturday, went too long without eating. Have to get better at that. I've lost almost 4 lbs so far. Not too bad. My pants feel a bit looser.

Often when starting out three meals a day is helpful transitioning from a SADs diet to a LC diet. And appropriate snacks, too. So it is not unusual to run into difficulties if you go too long without eating. Good you figured it out and stayed with the program.

still keeping at it. Have lost about 4 lbs in the first 10 days. A bit disappointed, but I'm a slow loser unfortunately. Happy 4th to all!

If you get through the day without eating any sweets, chips, pasta, bread, rice, sugary drinks, potato, you are doing great!

Filling salads, tasty meat, eggs and a few nuts and cheese to bridge the gap and the days will fly by and the pounds will fade away.

Happy 4th!

Happy 4th to you too! I'm doing the cheese crisps, occasional almonds, nuked hard salami with melted cheese for snacks. It's working. Thanks for the much needed encouragement!
