Another question for TrainerDan
TrainerDan,
I read in one of Covert Bailey's books that doing cardio and weight lifting too close together in time results in diminished gains from the lifting part of your workout. But not the other way around (that is, the cardio benefits are not diminished by the close proximity of a weight workout). However, many of the workouts you advocate involve doing cardio and weights very close together on the same day (such as in one evening). Can you comment on Bailey's ideas?
Thanks
