Default Personal cookbook: any ideas?

I want to make a cookbook of the recipes I've tried and we all liked. I have an idea of how to do it, but I don't know if it's the best. Would you talented people happen to have any ideas on this?

My best was to print out the recipes and put them in a binder, but it seems like there'd be a better way.

Thanks!!!
I appreciate your help!!!
Ann

Hi!! Ann!!

I copy and then paste recipes in my Microsoft Word. I have printed them out and put into binders before but I find it so much easier to come to my computer and scan through the titles of the word documents (of Course I put them in a recipes folder so they are easier to find)
It puts them all in alphabetical order. anyway when I find what I want I just print it up and take it to the kitchen to make. It is also handy to get a nice new print out that doesn't have food splatters all over them Like my cookbooks get

Have a great day!!

I print out recipes, put em in plastic sheet protectors so they don't get food on em, and keep em in a binder in my kitchen. I used it tonight

I've found it handy to copy and paste into my word processor as well. That way, if I modify a recipe I can edit and reprint it.

Also, I copy and paste the web address from the address bar into the document. Then I can always find it on the web again if I want the original back after making changes.

I agree with everyone else - especially with the page protectors. To keep things organized on your PC, open a folder and keep the recipes organized in files with a system something like this:

01 appetizers
02 soups
03 salads
04 vegetables

...etc.

Everthing will always be in the right place and easy to find.
