magnesium question.
I've heard that Magnesium Citrate gives you 4x as much magnesium absorption as Magnesium Oxide. I've been taking the Citrate for a while now. But the last time I went to buy it, I saw Chelated Magnesium. How does this compare to the Citrate? It says it is absorbed much more easily.
Does anyone know the difference between the two and which one is better?
