Thumbs up 1st Day of Induction, Wish Me Luck!

I'm new to the board & today is my 1st day on Atkins. I started taking my vitamins, Chronium, & L-Glutamine yesterday in hopes that would easy my transition.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 3 sausage patties, coffee with cream

total carbs 8.2

I am drinking my 1st glass of water for the day & am about to go for a 2 mile walk.

Is there a journal on any of these forums that can be printed & used to keep track of daily carbs & track weight loss?

Oleander:

Congrats on your start up today! I started back up yesterday after my Christmas binge.

My best advice to you - don't let yourself get hungry!

Look at the bottom of the list of forums. You will see a place to start your journal.

Best of luck. You will get lots of good advice here.

Katie

Cool

thanks for the kind words & support! Just got back from 2 mile walk. My mom lives around the corner & we are walking together! The weather is beautiful here. About 60 degrees, blue skies & sunshine.
I think I'll start lunch.
Have a good day everyone!
