yeah..... not enough LC guys on here..... well at least not enough under the age of like 30.

that is true . there are alot of men on this website but not any under 30 . all the ones over 30 are nice and all but they are not our age

My theory on why there are not as many lc guys as girls on this site(under 30)
1. Guys don't seem to have the insane need to diet that young girls have (you don't see too many guys who's start weight is 15lbs off their goal).
2. It is far more acceptable for guys to be overweight than girls.
3. According to one of my guy friends who has done low-carb, "dieting" (although I believe this is a WOL) is considered girlie and talking about it makes him feel uncomfortable.

Disclaimer: These are just my opinions, and I'm sure like all generalizations, they don't apply to all guys. And to all the lc guys who do post on the forum, thanks for bringing a bit of ballance to the estrogen fest.

Yeah... I agree with all of the above. There really aren't many young girls on this site either though. The student and teen board is usually neglected it seems. Some hot LC guys would really help the LC process hehe.

I'm a 17 year old guy who does LC. I don't really like to talk about it with my friends, but all of them know and are really supportive.

I agree about the age balance...and the male and female also...I am just glad that I have somewhere to go to talk about!

21/M. I like talkig about low carb stuff, don't want to seem gay though, not that there any thing worng with that but I'm not. I'll post some better pics of myself later tonight, cause my litlle avatar pic sucks.
