Will my body get bigger before it gets smaller?
I started working with a personal trainer in the fall. I had about 4 sessions with her and then moved to group classes. I was averaging about 2x/week. Starting in January I am now going to the gym 4x/week and participating in group classes led by a certified personal trainer.
I am beginning to feel my arms' strength and definition and am starting to feel my legs tightening up.
I am also noticing that my tops are fitting tighter across the chest and my skirts as well.
I know that when strength training we are supposed to focus on the way our clothes fit and not the # on the scale as muscle weighs more than fat, however is it possible that my body shape will increase before it gets smaller?
