Read some of the other Relacore threads - quite a few of them have reports of results for various people. Most of them are in the Nutrition & Supplements section.

Butterball, I felt more energetic after about 2 days. It just seemed like I started doing more (walking futher, starting projects instead of procrastinating) & feeling happier about it. I felt the Relacore helped with my stress level because I can be a little on the anxious side at work when I'm short-handed (especially during a holiday weekend), I just found myself being more prepared & calm. So I guess I'm just trying to tell you that the energy, mood improvement, & reduction of anxiety was kind of subtle, but noticable at the same time.

Nothing is wrong with you darling, we are just all different.

Now why you had to go cheat? See now how are you gonna ever know if you would have been down a couple of pounds. You won't know now will ya. Now you gotta lose 7 pounds that you gained when you could be losing 7 pounds extra.

Kick yourself in the butt and keep it straight ok. This weight took time to pack itself on it's gonna take time to take it off.

Don't compare yourself with others, that's just gonna depress you. Be proud of who you are and the progress you've made so far.

You will make it to goal, even if I have to drag you there.

Hugs!
