I also invite you to my journal where I will be happy to tell you anything you want to know in English (I'm a prolific writer, I can't help it), though I have never studied the Montingac diet.

C’est bizarre, n’est-ce pas qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de francophones qui suivent Montignac, Protein-Poser, Suzanne Sommers, Neanterthin, etc. Après tout, c’est leur régime normal (sauf le pain) en France.
Moi, j’ai commencé avec Montignac avec grand succès. Puis j’ai changé à Protein-Power parce que je l’ai trouvé mieux expliqué, re la science et les nutriments. Mais, ils sont tout à fait pareils.
J’ai trouvé un siteweb for Michael Montignac, mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de commentaire. C’est dommage.
