b- 1/2 cup greek cherry yogurt, coffee w/ ff H&H
s/l- 4 ozs chicken breast w/ big salad w/ vinaigrette dressing (lettuce, cherry tomato, red pepper, olives, snap peas, carrots, mushrooms)
s- 1 orange, hummus w/5 brown rice snaps
d- 1/2 cup lentils, ratatouille w/ 2.5 ozs chicken breast and 1/2 cup kamut pasta
s- 2 s/f fudgsicles, dried apricots and pecans
