Has anyone read this book and followed this WOE?

I have been to a couple of conferences where Dr. O'Keefe and his wife have spoken and was impressed, but never bought their book. I'm thinking of getting the book and wondered if anyone else has read it?

From the information I have found on the diet, it recommends 50-60% carbs.

You will not find support for such a high carb diet here.

I strongly recommend you stick with a healthy low carb plan.

Wow! Are you sure? I know there is another diet by a Dr. Morrow called "The Forever Young Diet" that does say it recommends 50-60% carbs.

The O'Keefes talk about following a "hunter/gatherer" type of diet in the conferences I've attended. They talk about eating protein at every meal as the main part of the meal with fresh vegatables and fruits.
