Default carb cycling

Have any of you heard of a book titled Carb Cycling? It is supposed to make low carb not so difficult, one day of carbs, one day of semi-carb and one day of no carb, etc. Thanks ahead for your opinions. cookie

I have not heard of a book called carb cycling. There are two good threads below that have to do with it though. One is carb cycling 2 and the other is cheat to loose by Joel Marion. They both refer to books about carb cycling, I did an internet search and found quite a bit of information.
