Default mini protein cakes

1/2 cup soya flour
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (I used banana flavoured)
2x eggs
flaked almonds
almond extract
1 tsp of honey (or use your artificial sweetener) (1x tsp honey = 5 carbs)
sprinkle of nutmeg

mix all together.

smooth into cup cake bun baking tray. (mine was a x12 bun tray)

Bake at 200 degrees C for 10mins until brown.
Are nice cold as well.

Very low carb, and high protein per cup cake.

I try to avoid artificial sweeners, hence a teaspoon of honey (5 gms carbs)

Dave

Hi Dave, Have you tried Stevia, it is a natural, low carb sweetener, I just got some and am experimenting with it.
