Oh, wow. It looks like you need to eat much more! Your calories are not at a healthful level, IMO. Your fat seems low compared to many other people on Atkins, too.
I am finding it hard to keep my calories up and my carbs down. But I will eat more eggs-just got tired of them. It is no excuse but they keep bounching my work hours around day to day and I can't seem to be able to plan anything. Now I am going to be working 6 days a week and once in awhile doing papers on Suday.
