Well, I couldn't wait until lunchtime, so I had a cold "toast" for breakfast. It's even better than straight out of the pan — less eggy, more bready.

I think these will fit into my WoE very well; nice and portable to boot.

I made a half recipe, added 1/8 tsp of baking powder, added a little water, and cooked it in my waffle maker. I have the type that makes 1 round (5 little hearts) waffle, and it came out just right.

Only thing, I am very, very full...from half a recipe.
