Default What is holding YOU back

I read this "idea" somewhere, and I have decided to use it with my WOE.

Answer this question: Why are you not where you want to be?

that is it. Now apply it to where ever you need. Weight, health, etc. List up to 10 things.

Now you have just create your own to do list to be successful.

specific to weight, mine list:

feeling sorry for self
lazy
love to eat for taste
too many excuses
need more support
money being tight
lack of equipment
don't want to waste time cooking

This is what I will be working on to make this a long term success. Care to share?

I was just thinking about this. I read the thread about gaging on all the fat and protein and I understood the feeling. I decided that I have to push past things like that that tend to block my progress every dang time.

I might get sick of the food but I have to keep going and get to my goal weight.
