Default Low Carb and gall stones

Does anyone know of any research on gall stones among low carbers?

I am concerned that with a diagnosis of gall stones, it might change me from a low carb diet to a high carb diet.

My gall bladder was removed and it didn't bother my low-carbing at all.

Here's something from Diet Doctor:

Maybe a place to start looking for information.

I found this blog post by Dr Michael Eades on gall stones. Very helpful. Evidently there is a gallstone disintegrating medicine (UDCA) that is an alternative to surgery. Apparently it takes 6 months to a year to clear out the stones.
