organic eggs, tofu & milk (for my tea), nuts sometimes; other things like butter, berries, vegetables, etc if they are in good condition - I live in Ohio & the organic produce is flown in from California mostly - so its not in the best shape all the time.
btw, did you lose weight just by not eating whites ? did you eat beans, whole grains & fruits ?
